DELIVERY METHOD (stated on each product page)
Tail Lift Delivery - as a general rule, items that are less than 1200mm deep can be delivered on a pallet and can be offloaded via a "tail lift" at the back on the lorry
Customer to offload - for items that are too large for a tail lift the customer will need to offload the item from the lorry (or opt for a HIAB delivery at additional cost if available). It is recommended that this be done by using a Forklift or similar, due to the weight of the units. For some deeper units you may also require a Forklift "with extended forks".
HIAB delivery (lorry mounted crane) - for the larger items, or if you require the units to be lifted into a location you will need a HIAB delivery. These are priced on application so we will need to request a bespoke price for you. Please provide delivery postcode and details of location such as distance to be moved, obstacles etc.
Parcel Delivery - small items that are easily handled will be sent via courier
LEAD TIMES
On each product page you will find an approximate lead time listed.
For example;
NEXT DAY Delivery* (order before 12pm) - these are despatched on a Next Day delivery service as standard. The fee charged is not for an upgraded delivery, but the standard delivery service for this product range, and it is not a guaranteed service.

We regularly update this information to reflect the current lead times, based on factory work loads. However this should still be seen as a guide and not a definitive date.
Please allow extra time for the enclosures to be delivered to you in case of a variation to the above, a delivery delay or a damaged item.
