The collection includes a variety of steel grades to suit different environmental requirements:
Galvanized/Mild Steel (e.g., SWM, MDS Ranges): Constructed from 1.5mm galvanized steel and finished with a robust, UL-approved epoxy polyester powder coating. This provides a strong, cost-effective enclosure with excellent weather resistance, commonly rated to IP66.
Stainless Steel (e.g., SST Range): Manufactured from 2.0mm thick stainless steel for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. Standard stock is Grade 4003, with Grade 316 available upon request for highly corrosive environments, such as coastal or chemical plants. Stainless steel models are often rated to IP46/IP24.
Extreme Ingress Protection: Many Wall Mounted units are rated IP66, meaning they are dust-tight and protected against powerful water jets—ideal for wash-down or harsh weather areas. Floor-standing and feeder pillar models offer ratings up to IP46/IP24.
